aromatherapy play

We made scented playdough today using this recipe from over two years ago. Has it really been that long since we made this great stuff? Not only was it so fun to have Grace make colors from the primaries, we also added essential oils to make playing with it a true sensory journey. Each color was a different scent. Red is geranium, orange is clove, yellow is ylang ylang, green is peppermint, blue is "love" as it is her favorite color after all, and purple is lavender.
