Food 4 Friday :: Chicken Soup 5 Ways

At the beach, there was a copy of this month's Everyday Food magazine. I very rarely get to sit and browse a magazine so it was quite a treat, plus, there was an article about turning your basic chicken soup (which you know we eat A LOT of) into 5 different soups. BINGO!

Asian Style Chicken Soup
with vermicelli rice noodles, fish sauce, soy sauce, scallions, ginger, cilantro, basil, cherry tomatoes, lime wedges and sliced jalepeno

Mexican Chicken Tortilla Soup
with garlic, tomatoes, chili powder, tortillas, avacodo, cilantro, scallion, lime wedges and cotija cheese
